You didn't mention what kind of traffic it has. To me that's pretty important to judge the value. Also, as was mentioned above.. did this offer come out of the blue, or was it at the end of some negotiations?

Depending on your current assets and premuim domains you may want to try for more.

If you can take the hit, try for more. If you are very excited about the 75k offer and want/need the $, take it!

If it were me, $75k is a good deal for that name :)

Sell sell sell (imo) :-D

to everone here, should i sell at 75k or hold for bigger bucks, i have until friday

Why are you asking us? Do the math... how long will it take to make 75k (we're talking USD not Euros or something else, right?) with that domain?

Have you had other offers anywhere near that? Do you have room for negotiation? Does the buyer have a suitable alternative?

If you can't cover all the angles on your own, get someone to represent you.

IMHO: negotiate if you can, otherwise bank it.

Get rid of it immediately ! I personally think 75 K is one of the best prices you can get for that domain undeveloped so dont' even think about it...

Good Luck !

If you have 75K sitting in your bank right now then keep it,
if you don't then accept the offer, the next one might be in 2010.

Either way you can buy up big on DNF!

Depends on what you bought it for. If you snagged it for 3 or 4 figures, and you think that 75k is a good price, sell. If you paid 25,000 or higher, you need to ask for 100k.

:-)

Grab the money and run to your Bank. I had once refused offer of $85K for a domain in 1999-2000 in the hope of bigger offer. Well, you know what happened. Goodluck.

That's a good price for the name... I'd sell for that price... too much to risk!

If it were me, I would take the 75K, I don't think that you would get a better offer anytime soon, just imho. what a great domain.. record like in a vinyl record or re-cord as in recording. If you do decide to sell, make sure that you use an escrow service or an attorney. maybe john berryhill or esq wire, advertises on forum in top right hand corner, you then have to decide who is going to pay the escrow fees..you pay all, he pays all or a 50/50 split. be careful, and good luck!
