what is for sale with this domain?

It currently points to some sort of German forum, will the buyer get this as well? Does this name have any traffic?

Well there seems to be a problem. Maybe someone here can assist. The registrar is http://www.united-domains.de/ and it's in German. CAK just told me that he can't change DNS or whois for this site without a letter! WTF?

I tried translation of the site but I can't see a way to join without registering a domain and then also I am not sure the registrar allows a push. It seems to be yahoo owned but I could be wrong. Since the domain was registered only 10 days ago I can't transfer it out yet. I have told Cak that unless I can get domain control that I want a refund. It just seems insane that he can't even change DNS.

I am opting for a refund at this point. It's a great domain but unless I can have control I don't think I want it (you can't give it to me). Since the domain is so new you can't transfer it for 60 days. Maybe once it's at a regular registrar I will buy it again since a simply push can be done. However the domain is at a foreign registrar and requires a letter for DNS and whois changes? I don't get that.

I am hoping CAK that you can help this get resolved without any nastiness. Please see this from my perspective. You sold me something yet you can't give it to me.

It is quite clear from this thread that labrocca requested refund right after he understood about all issues related to that registrar. What cak did was to go on a holiday for a week without even changing DNS settings for that domain?!
