$0 - what would you use it for? It is grammatically incorrect, and doesn't really describe a worthwhile web site concept.

Any value would have to come out of development & traffic.

THAT is interesting. Yes, it might be "grammatically incorrect" 2 years ago, but the truth is the use of English (as well as pronunciation and meaning) actually evolves as time goes by. In other words, what was "wrong" yesterday could very well be widely accepted tomorrow.

As for the domain (watchdvd.com) itself, my take is that it is worth at least some low hundreds to end-users. Just my two cents.

Really? My struggle was figuring out just who that enduser is.

What do you think of when you get the urge to type in "watchdvd.com"?

LOL! Let's leave that quest (of finding endusers) to the seller. It's HIS name, right? ;)

To be frank, I also doubt if there would be significant type-in's (if at all) for watchdvd.com. Personally, I never like "word + acronym" domains like DNForum.com. (I think they are silly.) But people out there are using this term - "watch DVD", so that domain, esp. when displayed as e.g. "WatchDVD.com" hits well with that. And we all know that there are TONS OF DVD retailers/resellers out there who could use similar domains. But as an industry insider, you should know better. :)

Well, that's the thing. As one of those "insiders" I see much more useful dvd retailing domains dropping all the time. I still think this one is a dud.

But, having said that, I wish the buyer lots of luck finding that enduser. If he can sell this, my portfolio is looking better and better! :goofy:

A lot of people say

'Do you wanna watch DVD?'

Say it out loud

Isn't the correct way but some people say it like that.

Do you want to come and watch a video? or do you say, come and see a vide with me?

A lot of people just don't understand that there is no right or wrong about the use of language. It's descriptive, not prescriptive.
