We are currently selling two of our forum properties and one website script property. These properties are being sold because we no longer have the time to manage them effectively. The two forum properties are the following:

The sites are not actively advertised and have not been for several months. No google ad revenue, worth mentioning so please do not ask. The banner spots on the sites have been actively sold for months at a time but is not relevant in the sale of this site as we have not pushed the sales of advertising for several months.
The sites need someone to take over who has the time to maximize their given potential.
