ive seen some of these sites that are www"sitename".com that get good revenue.

basically what im trying to find out, if a site has good traffic, lets say ranks under 100k in alexa, has a pr4 or greater and the wwwsitename.com is available is it worth the $8 to gamble?

just looking for sucess stories of people that have done this

the best way is put www on overture and see what comes up. If you can find
a traffic domain name it would be worth a reg.

i've tried a few and didn't see much traffic.

"Probably" not worth it but you never know until you register!

The thing is I never miss the "." when im typing a domain, its not hard to miss if you are watching your screen, unliike letter reverse domains.

i registered www typo of a domain which is ranked 200 or less @ alexa

i got 2 hits in 10 days so far...lol

it was my first one so but many people say if the name has more than 7000 OVT W/E and a long time established site it worth gambling

I always type the domain name without www.

I have a few of these and they don't get a lot of traffic. You either need one with huge typeins (ie. wwwgoogle.com) or one with very high paying clicks.

As I specialize in gambling domains it can be worthwhile, and I have some that do very well. BUT I also have a lot that get nothing.

You have to be prepared to register 10 and dump 9 of them to get the gems.
