Up for sale is the domain and Xbox 360 blog, Xbox Diary, which automatically pulls Xbox 360 news from various sources from around the web.
The site has over 11,000 posts - that's over eleven thousand pages of content - and 29 comments.
Since January, the site has made about $2.00 with AdSense...I haven't really monetized nor promoted the site at all, but it ranks pretty well and pulls in about fifty unique visitors per day.
Because I don't have any stat data, I'm going to be selling this site "as-is". I have a unique WordPress theme and vBulletin skin (PSD) which I'll throw in with the sale.
