This is my first serious domain. Can you please give me an idea of how much this domain would be worth to an end user? I'm aware of the TM issue.

Also, I've got an offer that is mid-high $$$, should I sell or hold for a better price?

I dont think you should wprry about TM issues if you develop into a forum.

as to the offer, it's up to you if you take it.
I would not.
as this machine isnt even out yet, and is expected to be a superb hot for the next few years, I'd either wait for a better offer or develop.
