I'm by no means a pro appraiser but I'm sure you can get high x,xxx to low xx,xxx from endusers. Low to mid x,xxx from reseller.

I think Nuco gets some great domains...

I really like this one and have some really good ideas for it, but I do not see this going in the 5 figure range unless you wait for the perfect buyer with funds, rock solid business model and plenty of vision - and not worried about losing tons of typein traffic once developed...I think this is a 1-2k reseller name....2-5k enduser - Just my opinion. Lightning could strike though...it is a nice one.

as you can see Xmas is on the cards..it can change the Ball game..hoping for the best ..i guess this would be the best time for sale to an end user
