LOL - considering some of my domains I was told were worthless 6, 7, 8 years ago ... whooo hooo that one (STILL hanging on to - and may consider a low 7 figure $ in another 7 or 8 years) I say sit on it if neccessary.

.cc is such a crappy extension, why people own such names without prime keywords is just beyond me...

That offer was a gift...and I highly doubt you will ever get anything close to that ever again.

some keyword sales of .cc lately have gone for $1,000 to $4,000 , and it seems like the total .cc sales have started to pick up lately. Nothing huge, but moving in the upwards direction. $500 is a fair price for today, but it could be worth more in 1, 2, 3 years. Nothing wrong with taking an offer like that.
