Do you think this would be a good domain to start a review site for legitimate ways to make money online?

welcome, id value that at the reg fee. name is too long, and 'xtreme' doesn't go with 'homebusiness' i.e xtreme has no relevance to homebusiness. And xtremehomebusiness.com is nothing to do with reviews IMO.
I honestly wouldn't do anything with that domain.
Post a 'want to buy' ad here for a good review domain with traffic (get a good domain priced mid $x,xxx) and then develop that name.

But like others said, it's a hard sell to resellers.

also extremehomebusiness.com is a site and your name seems like a typo, you should try looking for something with the words "review/reviews" and "biz/business or money" in the name
