Well I don't think this is the right subforum, this is about .xxx, not the .GT ccTLD.
Tough sell IMO, I am not aware of a market for .com.gt domains currently.
Now that direction registration under .gt is possible, I think that the value of .com.gt may erode over time.
PS: I saw your other thread (the .co domain), be careful with TM issues.
