I had a great country code domain and was just starting to develop it when there was a big problem and I somehow lost the domain. This has happened on more than one occasion (.co dissapeared entirly).

Because of this I wouldn't put much value on most of the cc domains except for the big europeans ones (.uk .de .fr etc)

$0.00 - $0.00.

This name is worthless in my opinion. You can have the best keyword, but when it is attached to a shitbird .ext that no one knows, it diminishes the domain's value to $0 or less. It's kind of like a car that has a really cool name, brand, color, and perhaps a few other neat features, but is missing it's engine! The .ext drives the domain. If .com was attached to your xxx, then that domain would be driven long and hard, right past the checkered flag baby!

I, like millions of others have never heard of the .vc tld or know what country, commonwealth, or territory it represents......and to top it off, most of us really do not care. The point is, as long as there are other well known and commonly used .ext's that continue to be the driving force behind keywords like "xxx", then other less known .ext's like .vc will likely remain at -or- close to zero value.

Sure, alternative ext's have there place in this world, like with vanity applications including email, or redirection, and are probably also quite nifty if running a small business on some isolated island somewhere off the coast of Thailand. But let's face it, as long as the popular ext's continue to be the driving force behind the internet and ecommerce, these other unknown (and less known) ext's will be at best, back seat passengers, or worse, excess baggage riding shotgun IN THE TRUNK.
