Wanted: Website $xxx,xxx Budget - Wanted Revenue portfolios. Paying PPC multiples

We have mid $xxx,xxx at our disposal for one or more purchases of revenue generating portfolios. We are acting on behalf of a client.

The following criteria should be met:

1. Generic domains
2. Typos and TM ok as well.
3. The cost of Renewal fees should not exceed 5%(+/-) of the portfolio's yearly revenue.
4. Do not send individual names unless they are making at least low-mid $xxx/mo.
5. Portfolios should be making at least mid $xxx/mo.
6. Natural TYPE-IN traffic only. No expired or SE traffic

We are paying 18-36 months for typos(up to 24 for TM) and 5 or more years for generics. ccTLDs are also accepted as long as they meet the above criteria but we have not set a fixed multiple for them.
