Same here at that price. What do you use to monitor them? I had a php program I wrote that will read from a list of domains I created with every possible combination of 3 letter and 4 letter domains and do a whois on them but of course there is a limit you can go in a short time otherwise that whois site will ban your ip for a little bit.

I use a custom desktop app. It uses proxies so I have no probs with checking thousands daily.

Also .us domains are $4.95 at www.Domainut.com

Thanks I have that site already marked to register the .us names there from here on. I have a list of about 9 so far I am about to register. I just needed to find some more to get before placing my order.

what did you get from the auction yakov ;P show those goods

I didn't bid, I have 1300 3 letter .us which is enought for me at the moment.

When are you having a sale of your own?

www.airfrance.us

I guess many of you know it already. I saw it today :)

No. I had not seen that before.

It looks like they are using that basic global marketing principle

"Think Global, Act Local".

Shouldn't it be airfrance.fr
Thought this thread had died.

Air France operate in the US

for their chinese address, ther are using airfrance.com.cn not airfrance.cn

Now that the 3-letter dot-us domains are gone, what's the latest hot-lick generated on this forum?

Register all 4 letter (FREE).info domains? There are only 456976 combinations.

What, sex.us was sold? :-D
