Due to the lack of time to continue the venture, we have decided to sell off our Portal that provides Free Web hosting, Free Webmail and also a search engine directory. The free email and hosting section currently holds over 1500 members.
Site includes:
1) Hivemail Script*
2) SuperSites Pro Script and License to operate on that domain - $199 value**
3) Custom Directory Script
4) Intregration of both HiveMail and SSP
* I can provide a screenshot for proof of the license with hivemail. I've had a very bad time with them and their support and I've been waiting over a month now on a ticket to change the account information over because the automated version doesn't seem to be working. The license is unsupported and upgrades expire on the 6th of this coming January.
** This site has yet to get off the ground. The guy who owned this site previously also owned the script and he's since sold both. The script is yours and there is a license to it but there is no support or anything. It actually works fairly well. There are a few minor bugs but they can easily be worked around. (Heck if I can do it...) I've been happy with it.
There has been a lot of custom work done on the site and it's a very good concept. I even had the logo done and it is a custom job.
The Domain that will be transferred is http://yabz.net and it resides at Namecheap. It expires on the 23rd of this month but I will renew it beforehand so it will expire on the 23rd of next year.
The site is hosted with Polurnet and it only costs $11/month currently.
The website gets around a thousand uniques a month. In all probability it's more towards 1,500 but last month we had an issue with the domain which cut out traffic for about 10-11 days. It really set us back, needless to say.

Revenue is minimal. The previous owner said the site was making around $30-$40/month but they had let it slip. The total adsense revenue this month is a little over $6.00 and there is some revenue with adbrite but it's not even a dollar. Someone with knowledge could do a lot better and there are currently no ads on the hosted sites either.
I believe the domain still runs a PR4 both with and without www.
What the user will get is both a WebSite and a Webmail account when they sign up at the site. And whats more the site works like a mini Search Engine and Directory which can provide the users with and experience that is very much liek Yahoo! + Yahoo Geocities. There is a hosting directory, the overall directory, and then a member directory. The site also has a game section and serveral feeds for other content such as news.
If you have any questions please contact me. I'm open to all reasonable offers for the site but I'd like to see the offers over a minimum of $300. I'm looking for a quick sale and I'll be happy to provide any additional screenshots and proof of licenses.
