I wonder if the amounts will be published?

Excellent purchase for WP.

Possibly yahoo might have sold it cheaply to help Wordpress producing more free blogging sites which in turn may use Yahoo ad network.

Yahoo! won't announce the price, but I'm sure it will show up at the end of the quarter, buried in the financial report. Yahoo management doesn't want to admit they bungle just about everything.

Yahoo! is transferring blo.gs to Automattic for safekeeping and further development

Could very well be a sign for the continued downward spiral of Yahoo.

Just went through another round of layoffs.

Fantastic sale by Yahoo and cool purchase by Wordpress as well.

Wow. Good decision by Automattic management.

Was a good decision they were not making much off of WP.com or blo.gs so they get some extra cash which hopefully will be used to make some good purchases

blo.gs don;t think much of that one to be honest, doubt whther i would of bothered to reg it :-0
