The company Yahoo has been around since the 1990s. Since "yahoo" is in the domain name, then that is the issue.
This is a 'trademark' domain, and anyone buying the name would most likely lose the domain.

There are thousend's of active domain online which have the word yahoo,amazon,ebay etc.... in the name of domain , there is no issue's accured,because the name are not used directly only the trademarked word. so that's are safe and useful to use,buy & sale.
