YollowPages.com averages out to 45$ a month in revenue.

30% CTR with zero optimization.

Stats are provided upon pm, I'm looking for a quick deal with a quick close. Paypal preferred. Name is currently with godaddy.

24 hour exclusive on dnforum. if it doesnt reach at least 7.5 months rev, i'm syndicating it to the others.

Kind Regards,

Alex

I also forgot! I never posted on this board before. If you feel more comfortable doing an escrow deal, thats fine too. Everyone else knows me from Rick's board. Feel free to ask me any questions or if you just want to say hi, thats cool too.

Grazie,

UPDATE to most questions:

Its all organic type-in traffic, or typo traffic. Its been consistent for the 6 months ive owned it.
They are most likely searching for a directory. So when they get to the site, they search for everything and anything across the board.
The highest offer right now stands at 3K.
Thanks for the lot of emails and interest so far everyone.

You got an offer of $3K via PM when you were asking for a minimum bid of about $350? (7.5 months revenue) Even when there were no prior public offers?

If that offer happens to fall through, I'll offer the $350 you were looking for as minimum.

Ah, gotcha. I'm well aware I'd be getting a sweet deal if you accepted, but it seemed to be the minimum you were asking. Never hurts to offer. ;-) Good luck with your sale.
