crawlspacedehumidifiers - 23 letter - 3 words - 6 years old - sold for $3,500

It appears a little aging and traffic helps as well! - Develop those sites and keep a good reputation for them before flipping them over!

Hey guys i read the post and i am lost,

these sold long tail keywords they don't return any search results when searched in google keyword tool.

I tough we were supposed to search for long tail keywords that showed results of a least 2500-3000 local exact search and a cpc count of 1-2$

now again i am lost!

It is always great to know long tails that make sense and so often that do not make sense sell for a nice profit. The question that I have is how to market the above domains and all others?

Same way you would market all other domains, though if you were to develop and rank for the long tail keywords, the domains would make you much more money which you could use as a negotiations technique.
