Thank you Adam Dicker for working the deal out.

nice banner Rick :)

I am not crazy about the Ad spot...but the names it advertises are killer...so it works.

Not bad. It would be better if it were on the top of the first post but that spot is already taken by Sedo and Parked.

true....also not sure why those 2 ads also have affiliate links in them...dnforum makes $ from the advertising rev...and from affiliate links in those banners?..wow...nice little double whammy there...:)

for a minute i thought i was logged out or something as i know a lot of forums show ads between posts when not logged in.

Am I missing something? Where is the ad?

I noticed the banner today - it looks good and I like the logo.

Oops! Duh! Now I see it.. guess I really am going blind. Very nice. Like the color choices.

No. It's horrible.

I paid $300 to become an Exclusive member. Having ads rammed in my face when I'm trying to read a thread wasn't one of the listed perks.

The advertisers probably gave dnforum those URLs so they could track performance properly. I need to do the same.

I doubt it...those are affiliate links in the banner ads. So...dnforum gets paid hefty sum for the monthly ad banner placement.....AND...they get a piece of the action regarding any and all signups from banner ad clickthru's via the affiliate links....which equates to a double whammy...:)

i dislike banners in any topic in any forum
regarding banner design i can say its also not so good bad domains in it are worth any clicks that this banner generates

I am not a big fan of the banner either, but how can you say bad domains?

Whiskey. com
Bourbon. com
Canadians. com
Avatars. com
and more...

Nice. When does it stop running ? :)

Thank you Adam Dicker for working the deal out.

i'd like it better if some of my domains were in the scroll mix.

though my previous post was deleted because i was "promoting" my domains in a discussion thread.

but i guess it's okay to promote here....if you're buying banners :)

Good Luck with the auction!

The ad is nice, along with the scrolling window fade in/fade out.

Gives it even a more marquee look and feel.
