I usually deal with generic domains only and I recently learned that one of my domains may contain trademarked term... They even sent me a letter by Fedex. Not very great domain, and it had "for sale" page. So I just deleted the name :)
If you can show "good faith" usage and create some non-sales page or short website - you have chances to finally sell it at least to those guys :) I took such an opportunity once and managed to win at WIPO and finally sold the domain to complainant.
the domain was deleted today and is still available - mysticaslots dot com.
It is not identical to said trademark though
