Has the day come yet when a lawyer, complainant or a udrp panelist has used evidence found in dnforum or similar forums to demonstrate bad faith?

Is there a risk of such by using this forum?

yes, there is absolutely a risk of something you say here being used in a UDRP or other legal situation. Berryhill and Goldberger regularly warn against saying anything too revealing here.

I guess it's oh so much fun to taunt the big corporate legal depts to spend money on a UDRP, and then just give back the name you've invested $8 in. I guess it's easier than being a hacker or getting out of your chair to spray graffitti on a wall. But what's the point? Do you have a real use for the name or not? I feel my use of http://cokedealer.com and http://microsoftsecurity.com is "real use". I'd be interested to hear your opinion. No C&D's received for either domain, ever.

Oh, sure, so hysterical. You are easily entertained. I have no problem with the humor, but we are talking legal issues here. My point is (unless parody is your true aspiration or you have nothing else to do with your time) why bother just to protect your arse for a dn that has no value outside the TM unless you really are developing a legitimate site?
