I'm changing my business name and focusing more on local business. I have a bunch of local directories that need alot of work, and alot of funds. In order to keep my internet business debt free I will be selling off most of my domains and sites over the next few weeks to get this work done.

Traffic increases monthly which right now is around 50 uniques a day with absolutely no promotion other than signature links. It is listed in DMOZ but a Nashville category so if you're planing on using it for PPC I would imagine it won't be there long. If I don't receive an offer that tweaks my interest I'll just use it as a traffic domain. This is a excellent opportunity for someone interested in jumping headfirst into the business.
