Brie and Oka are good. Had some melted brie with cooked garlic yesterday, delish.

Well, that and some good fresh mozzerella, fresh tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, a nice prosciutto & some good italian bread with a touch of balsamic vinegar to top it all off...and wala! mmmmmmmm I'm hungry now.. k:

By the way, for the love of God, stop serving feta crumbled! Feta means "slice" and that's how it should be served.

I recommend Roquefort.

Lately I like Norvegian "Brunost" or French "Rocamadour" - both are goat cheese, also "Blue d'Auvergne" - a classic French blue and of course "Cabrales Blue" - great Spanish blue made from sheep, cow and goat's milk.
