Bell.biz should have lots of potential uses if nothing else from someone with a longer .com that wants shorter email addresses. Bell maker, telephone company, doorbell company, brass bell company, music instrument maker, Bell Helmet or Helicopter seller, last name of Bell, etc. Lots of potential uses for a 4 character this generic even if not .com.
