Any comments are appreciated!

Thanks,

They will eat you for breakfast. Better have some serious cash on hand for lawyers. -100,000 or more if you try to keep

Sorry I did not look right 2 Gs Still dont know I think it will piss them off

Thanks for the post..

I didn't know google is a TM? I am talking about goggles that we wear! Why should we think it's google anyway! :-) It receives 10 uniques per day BTW..

Anyway, more thoughts are welcome!

I don't see how anyone can confuse goggle with google. Unless Google has registered it as a trademark, I don't see any reason why they should knock at your door at breakfast! I have registered googlecasts.com which I have been advised by people like Dynamic1 that it has serious TM issues. Now, can anyone give me more info on TM issues and why my new name sticks out like a sore thumb? I have been advised to drop the name - but I don't want to do so if there is a chance that I can keep it. I have plans to develop it, not sell it!

innomwangi I never posted in reply to your googlecasts post. But you are dealing with a huge company who has power lawyers just waiting to make an example of you.
Keep it and develop it if you like but This should be in the leagal matters section. My advice ask a lawyer there first before pissing your money and time away developing it.
As for YourGoggle.com I corrected myself before you even posted. Any yes Google and goggle can be easily confused but it is good in the posters case beacuse google and goggle are 2 completly different things.

Hey, google even did not manage to get goggle.com
