I have three questions:
1.is it true that the domain has been banned by Sedo, Namedrive and DomainSponsor?
2. what do you mean by "picked out off quarantine"? was this domain in hold or something like that?
3. have you already received any sort of letter from Google or from their lawyers regarding the domain?

.be (belgium) domains go into quarantine as the previous owner didnt pay the bill or something, after a period of time (40days) the domain comes open for registration, i used the backorder service from cregisp.com to aqcuire this domain.

i tried parking at ND but got this email: This is an automated mail to inform you that our advertising partner will no longer return advertising to the following domain(s): youtube.be.

so i parked at domainspa.com with no problems. (yahoo overture based)

no letters from lawyers or google etc.

Traffic is likely above 150.000 visits a month, update for next day stats on domainspa is 2 AM EST.

looking for offers.

alot of action in my message-box but still not the offer im satisfied with.

last BIN drop $7000 > $3500

The most interesting thing is people always appraise such name has 0 or negative value due to the serious TM issue. But such name always sells quick or at least interests a lot of ppl to make their offer
