iDownloads.mobi - 9,900 Global Monthly Searches & Pagerank 2
ClimateClinic.tv - PageRank 5
GoldLessons.com - 33,100 Global Monthly Searches

I guess, but then if you type in "youtube converter mp3" in Google, the first domain is www.youtube-mp3.org and they seem to have been around for a while without any problems.

No, it was just a reason why I don't think its likely that they would. I've been searching and actually found a lot of names with "youtube" in them that have developed sites. But, I understand your point.
