youtune.com now owned by google ???

I remember the sale of Youtune.com on dnforum long time ago, and it is not owned by google, does anyone know what happened, did google sue to acquire or google bought it.

For your information: youtune was typo of youtube.com

Looks like it is owned by Google now. It has the similar info in the whois with Youtube.
