What are zip code .com names selling for these days? Every since Marchex bought most of them, and since the .nets and other extensions are mostly taken, I am wondering what the value is.

i have NNNNN.com zip domain.
XXXX maybe.
I realize this thread is very old, but if I don't know where (if anywhere) there is a current conversation going about zip code domain names. Anyway, my question relates to a 10+ year old zip code domain name that I own, 20009.com, which is a very popular place to live in DC, right next to the National Zoo, Rock Creek Park, and more. There are all kinds of businesses, including retail, restaurants, bars, etc. The population is about 50,000 and median home value is over $500,000. At least once a year, someone contacts me to buy the domain name, but I'm not sure how to counter their $XXX offers. Suggestions? What about making a directory out of it or otherwise monetizing it myself? Last question: Most valuable end user to try to sell to? Real estate / mortgage?? Thanks.
