i've owned zstyle.com for several years and used it as a catchall server/name for various utility/test noncommercial projects. i received a voice mail yesterday (Pasadena, CA area code) asking to discuss a possible sale. before i call them back, i'd like to get a second opinion on whether to sell or keep this domain and at what price range.
i used some free appraisal sites to get a ballpark and it varied widely between $1500 and $14000, my own thought is that $10K would be a good enough price to make me sell it without getting seller's remorse if zstyle ends up becoming some huge brand name.
