Good Question. I'm not seeing anything changed on this domain other than it went under Privacy.
The same guy owns SemenDemons.com... lol, its not under privacy

The guy is a HUGE RE Developer in Northern California... the Feds raided his offices early last year but he's still wheeling and dealing
