Zuccarini Pleads Guilty

He couldn't get his Mom or other family members to post his bail because they knew he was going to skip, so he never signed the previous plea agreement which would have kept the Feds out of his computer and he would have only had to serve less than a year and then only under the Amber Alert Law. Now that they got him for child Porn, it cost him big time.

Will this development dampen cybersquatting?

What are your opinions?

<rant/>

Cybersquatting equates to corporate failure - failure to hire someone smart enough to preserve your brand Identity. 99% of cases are not that someone got the name a few seconds before the corporate entity - we are talking years in many cases.

Fire your marketing manager - stop sending C&D's

Fire your Tech person who said that you can sue for the name and win

Fire your attorney that has not a clue of WTF is going on
