Depend on what the potential buyers you target? As I know, there are many VOIP services in Asia begin with the number zero(0), and the codes are usually 3 number just as 058 or 090.., that would be a great ip phone directory if your 3 numbers .com or .net match any of the ip phone services.
If not, less value.
