u did the right thing, its a great name for a cloud service, sell it in 30k-40k range

The thing about a decline is you have to stand by your decision. Simply by asking the question it means 10k is a lot of money to you and depending on how long you have owned the domain the decision to decline is probably weighing heavy on you.

If I was in your shoes and 10k weighed on me then I would probably re-engage the client and come back at 12k to see if they accept.

Other than that, put it out of mind and wait for a higher offer to come in.
