Yes it is, currently it is $60 for a text link for 1 month. I might go up in price next month I might not but I will let people know at the end of their month. It all depends on how fast the site grows and if I will need to move the database to a seperate server of its own.

what other details do you need feel free to ask I will post them here since others might hav ethe same questions as you.
