Thats the way I see it.

I would have no problem if he NEVER received an C&D and then I just happen to get one. That would be something I would have to just deal with. But, when you sell domains after getting a C&D and you had several members asking if you had received a C&D and you say your "only" selling because you need the money...thats just plain being dishonest.

Hi Poker Guide,

C&D's were not the only reason for "the fire sale" on these domains. They are some of the worst converting domains you will ever come across. These domains are a loose/loose from every angle.

I also asked uglypeople wether MySpace had been in contact with him. He gave no direct answer to that question but stated that he needed the money to pay expenses. Thus, I steered away from the domains.
