I have someone who is interested in one of my domains.

How exactly does the selling process work?

Do I give them my paypal address and once the funds are transferred to my account I give them the domain?

How exactly do I give it to them? I'm registered with GoDaddy.

Thanks,
David

Yeah you take the money first and after you push the domain into the GD account of the buyer.
But remember use PayPal only with people you trust or you can be scammed.

In alternative use Sedo or Escrow.com/EscrowDNS

Good luck!

depends on the amount...is it a $10 name...$500...$10,000

You should use escrow service over a few hundred

If $100 is alot of money to you use escrow then too...you can pay escrow fee, the buyer or you can split the cost

Moniker escrow work great and there is a chart on their site telling you the fee before you decide

Congrats on the first sale

Ask for a paypal "mass pay" they just have to make a simple text payment file and you don't pay any fee on your receiving end, plus it can't be charged back. Paypal e-check payments are also safe but you have to wait until the payment clears which can take a few days..
