The keywords are great, of course... but I doubt that the
domains can be sold for much money due to their extension.
It's quite difficult to appraise domains with such an exotic
TLD. Well, at first sight I'd say both domains are worth
between $100 and $750 if undeveloped and if sold to an
enduser. Resellers might be a bit too cautious with new
TLDs, so in this case they wouldn't spend much money.

Two great keywords, but the extension is weak.

The keywords are so strong that even with the weak extension there is excellent potential for development.
