I am looking to sell copy-games.com - the Web site and domain name. It has a PR4 rating. In addition, the site comes with a number of other domain names currently pointing to it.
The site is essentially an affiliate funnel for game copying products sold at Clickblank and elsewhere. It takes in around $200-300 / month at Clickbank, and anything from $50-100 / month at accessory affiliates. I don't have stats for number of visitors but recent testing indicated that it got perhaps 200-300 visitors / day. I do have screen shots for the Clickbank and other affiliate payouts for the past 3 months, if required.
Furthermore, I am also interested in bundling this site with another site [you can visit this site by clicking on the link in my signature], which sells the PS2 product featured at copy-games.com. The traffic to this site is on average 4,000 unique visitors / day - but around 95% of this traffic is from high-conversion-rate Googleads [I'd throw in the complete list of optimized ads - some pulling in 10%+ CTR]. Therefore it is difficult to gauge the value of the site.
Total sales for this second site have averaged around $5-6,000 / month for the last 3 months, but the net profits have been anywhere from between -$500 to +$500 / month due to extensive testing which altered the "viability" of the site during that phase. Of course, if you can get those visitors without needing the Adwords, then you're REALLY going to make money! I am quite happy to yank this part of the package out of the sale to further improve the profitability, but of course the sale price will go up accordingly in the future.
So, I am looking for an offer that would reflect the purchase of these two combined Web sites, plus assorted other domain names, which all together produce around $700-$900 / month.
I will consider offers of at least $5,000 [escrow details to discussed] via PayPal or other mutually-agreed upon means. The "Buy It Now" price for all of the above would be $10,000.
If you want to just buy the copy-games.com site plus associated domains, then I will consider offers of at least $2,500 with a BIN of $5,000.
