2004 turnaround times?

Does anyone have any kind of data on the average turnaround times for NAF and WIPO in 2004?

(A huge bonus would be complainant vs respondent decision stats)

Do they publish such figures? Thanks for any help...

They widely vary at WIPO, more so than at NAF. There are no aggregate figures, so you have to dig them out of a sample of the cases.
