I've got a 200k budget and I'm looking for good money makers that are fairly easy to run. I'm only looking for sites that are making at least $1,000 a month. Sites must be established for at least a year. Pretty much all categories of sites are ok. I don't want to deal with any tangible products though. All administration of the site must be able to be done through the internet.
