for a domain such as this, the value can be seen in two ways

since 2010 is coming shortly, then i would expect interest to be there until that year.

however, during that year and thereafter, unless there is some great historical event that happens in 2010 the value and interest will drop significantly.

any efforts to associate this domain with any olympic event may get you some C&D's, so i advise against going that route.

reseller value $$$, of course more for end-user
