I know it isn't what you want to hear, and I say this in the nicest way possible, but I wouldn't even pay the 7.49 it costs to register the domain to godaddy for it.
Unfortunately remortgage is not the desired term and 247 in front of it doesn't help.

$10 although there is developmental potential. think of pawn shop but in the real estate sense.
