Anyone using them?

I've just signed up with them recently & was wondering if anyone has had any experience with their support & how long it takes?

I sent them 2 support tickets mid sunday & still haven't heard anything from them. :goofy:

Used them ~ 2 years ago. Support wasn't that good (slow), but payments were on time and their system worked pretty good.

support is real slow - not only that but they will hold your money hostage at some point or another while they take their time calling your customers to make sure they've received their 'goods'. They also only deposit every couple weeks..

I finally just went and got a real merchant account and it's much better than messing around w/ paypal or 2co..

They don't, serious. Find one person to say 2checkout's support has ever replied to a ticket. I'll be surprised. I'm convinced they have the tickets going straight to trash. Over the years I have sent at least 30 tickets. Never replied to, ever!

Hmmm... thanks for all the responses guys.... I just saw a lot of sites use 2checkout so I thought they musta been pretty decent.. guess not! :/

Well my "goods" are not pyshical goods so I guess that should be a more smooth process.

That's why I say 'goods' - mine aren't physical goods either. Just sites and domains. I still have my account since I did pay the startup fee and since some scripts only use paypal / 2co, it works.. But I'd never use them as a primary processor.

I received a reply today-in 2 hours after I submitted it-I was asking for a refund -I accidentally bought a v1 account instead of a v2(this was my third account with them).
Yes, they are slow in responses, but the system works flawlessly, and personally I TRUST them.

Have been using 2checkout for quite some time and never had a problem. Even received support at no time unlike some others I have heard of.
But you will always find people who like it or hate it.

Well looks like today was their day for answering responses then lol... I finally received a response to my 2 support tickets.

I have been using both 2co and paypal. They are good. However, I found that 2co's services is getting better and paypal's is getting worse.

Paysystems? Are they still there?

Paysystems was shut down for 3rd party processing, so forget about them. Try 2co, paypal, nochex, worldpay, or get a merchant account and gateway access through an authorize.net reseller.
