This is worth more than the any 2 letters / 1 number or 2 number 1 letter because it is symmetrical but less than a pure numeric. I say about $100

One thing to keep in mind the wireless web can only help this kind of short .com.

Thanks for your opinion. The wireless issue has crossed my mind too.

It's an unusual name, and has steady international type-in traffic. I turned down $600 for it a couple years ago.

A lot of people seem to have given up on the 3-char domains (at least those that mix numbers and letters). Hard to judge a price, but it's a palindrome and sounds nice, so I'd say you were right to hang on to it - even at 600.
