It is very over crowded area.
UNLESS you have worthy content they are pretty much useless.

The only one from the bunch that stands out is SearchITJobs.com, and if you were to build some type of Tech-related job site, it would definitely increase in value. As of right now, I would appraise it at a value of nearly $50
