Hi Rico,

Wot was the first to reply to my pm (only by an hour) saying he would accept to pay 1500 + full escrow fee. I received many offers and i am trying to be fair as i can. If the deal doesnt work out with him you will be the next in line if you are still interested.

Thank You.
David

This post was made at 6.09 am (UK time) and as such (according to the thread and not taking into account any activity outside of the thread) complied with the sellers terms for a sale and should have led to a completion.

Seller may wish to post timings and details to show why the 1st buyer did not receive the name.

Guys i am not making more money with Wot or Rico. We are talking the same exact deal here. 1500 + full escrow fee. Wot was the first to accept the 1500 + full escrow fee by replying to my pm. I will post the ss of the pm times in a sec. I am trying to be as fair as i can here... i am not making more money with one or an other.

Pm list :
http://www.ggz.com/dnf/pmlist.gif

Wot accepting deal :
http://www.ggz.com/dnf/wot.gif

Rico accepting the deal :
http://www.ggz.com/dnf/rico.gif

Not sure how i was supposed to do this differently. I mean its the same result for me so i am not trying to pull a fast one on anyone...

----

If a dnf admin/moderator determines Rico is the buyer then its him no problem. If it is Wot then its him no problem. Trying to be fair seems to have causes more problems... Your help is needed.

Thank You

It would seem you must have underpriced the domains to get such a fast sale with multiple bidders and disputes.

IMO, whoever posted or PM's first based on date an unconditional offer agreeing to pay 1/2 of escrow should get them. You later ammended the offer wanting 100% of escrow paid but your post said 1/2 so it would seem you are bound by both the $1500 and 50% escrow payment. Just my 2 cents.

Correct. Sell to whomever posted or PM'd first at the deal posted! You can't reply with "I have multiple requests so now I am asking for full escrow fee."

To be more clear here is what happen :

superprogrammer first pmed me saying he would take the domain (1500) but had to wait for his cc to be fixed (some type of problem) and would take a couple days/week. I told him i would try to keep the domains the longer i could. I then let him know that betwen someone buying the domains now and someone maybe buying the domains in days/week i had to take the one who could buy it now.

I started receiving multiple offers and one of those was from Wot via pm offering a price less then asked but with full escrow fee (thats when the full escrow fee thing started). I asked him if he would make it 1500 + full escrow via pm.

Rico posted saying he would take the domains and i pmed him asking if he would make it 1500 + full escrow fee.

Wot pmed me back saying that he would agree to pay 1500 + full escrow and shortly after Rico pmed me that he would agree to pay 1500 + full escrow. Since both did agree to pay 1500 + full escrow fee i had to try to be fair and it seem at the time that since Wot pmed me first saying he accepted the deal that he was the one to get the domains.

I now do realize that since Rico was the first of the 2 (rico, wot) to meet the 1500 price that he should get to be ahead in line. I have contacted Rico and Wot and said i was sorry for the confusion and aggravation this issue has caused them. Dealing with so many offers and discussions (pm) was pretty hard... i tried to do the best i could for all involved.

I thank you all for your feedback and guidance.

You should stick with what you said.

Who ever post or pm first should get the names.

Once you accept the offer, then it's a done deal even some one else offers you more.

This is "fixed price" and not "taking offers".

Arsenik made a stupid mistake and as such has learnt a hard lesson, probably substantially harder if there was litigation outside of the forum.

If the mods in their wisdom have decreed that Rico is the winner then I will have to accept that irrespective of my own opinions.

Ppl posted and pmed me offers with different prices, methodes of payment and even fee payments. Since none of the offers were exactly what i was asking, excluding the one from superprogrammer who wasnt able to make payment untill his cc was fixed, i had to discuss and come to a deal with the buyer(s).

If ppl are able to offer less or not exactly what you are looking for why cant i ask if they would agree to a different fee structure (not a different asking price)? At the end they both agreed to 1- $1500 and 2- full escrow after i proposed it to them. The problem was that i didnt deal with buyer 1 fully and then with buyer 2 so there was an expectation (justified) from both that the domains were going to be theirs... This caused confusion and problems. This single sale has been an incredible experience that has caused aggravation that i would never have expected. I again apologize to Rico and Wot sincerely.
