Hmm , thanks for your opinion. So it seems , it doesn't really signify anything important, from development pt of view.. Just a bit mystified as to the reason behind the term being regd in most ext. ( net,org,info,se)

yeah, but when you consider how many of all taken names do not make much sense, i don't think it is very odd 
Either way, you could always try to market it to swedish companies in the key/security sector, a couple of big international ones come to mind (not gonna mention any for obv reasons).
Good luck with anyhow, i am always interested in following scandinavian domains.
