Impored.us is strong. Imports.us might be more to the point, but still not bad.

Well, as the appraisers appraise for today's values, I tend to look a year or two into the future.

I am convinced .us takes off =)

$10 - $15/each at this time, including "Imported" one.
Good Luck.

Good Luck.

I stronly disagree, since I have gotten some sub-$75 offers from this post only.

Don't appraise them low just cause you don't know

C'mon. "Imported" is past tense ... which, in my opinion, really affects its valuation negatively. I'm sorry you disagree, but please don't say I "don't know", or take it personally. Thanks. :D
Good Luck.

Your three-letter domains are all premium letters. Those are long gone. I will pay $45 each for those right now. I would gladly buy 100 similar quality .US threes if I could get them for $15 each.

LOL. Why would I use it as the verb?!?!

Have you ever heard of imported and exported goods? a multi-billion dollar industry?

You might want to re-think your previous posts :D :D

To all of the people who have appraised the 4 other names:

How correct do you think you are if I can get another collector to offer $45 for each in the appraisal thread alone?

My personal opinion is that we hardly have ANY qualified appraisers here.. Anyways, thanks for everyone's views!

No thanks ... but I do wish you the best with 'em! Please don't take appraisals personally, they are free ... take 'em for what they're worth and move on. Have a great day! :D
Good Luck.

Thank's alot for those compiments duke. However, I have recently decided to follow in your footsteps, and stock up on .us names since I have a feeling it is the right tld to hold on too. I have almost sold all of my other names, including .com's

from now on, I am a .us kind of guy :)

Actually I was happy to get feedback. I didn't take it personally at all, it just annoys me when everyone gives a name $0 -> regfee and I know it isn't true (like proved in the very same thread).

Anyways, I would be happy if you could explain why you though I should use it in the verb-meaning?

(I'm sorry if I sound angry, but I really am not, just trying to get a discussion going, and get some knowledge on what to do with the name, since this is my number 1 domains I am planning to develop)

Good luck Ice. I think .US will do very well. However, I wouldn't advocate buying one extension only. My strategy includes all major extensions. I try to find good .com .net and .org for sales today while accumulating .us for what I expect will be very profitable sales in the years ahead (I have also picked up a small number of .info and .biz for the same purpose).

I am not looking to sell .US now, though after being approached with unsolicited offers, I have already made some mid three figure sales that netted me a 3,500% profit in less than 4 months. For those who sneer at .US, please direct me to your investments that offer a better return. :)

P.S. I also believe strongly in development. I already have several thriving sites online with many more in the planning stages.

yeah I know, but I can't afford to keep adding names in all TLDS, so I have decided to go for a gamble and only go for .us

To me, that is the extension with the most potential to give a very nice return.

Considering all I have invested in domains is $100 it's not like I am losing all my life savings :)
